Phil, the plan was to go all up and all the way not stopping until they lost. However I had a pretty rough day at work yesterday (strange but true that some of us work Sats & Sundays) and I did not realise that the Poms were playing.

BTW, a horse called Spirit of Boom (5/2) won in Queensland yesterday. Mirkwood and myself always wanted to shag a lady at Nook Niks bar named Boom who we obviously nicknamed Miss Boom Boom. Currently they are 1.87 on Betfair. Being an Aussie I cannot have a bet on anything related to 87 (13 less than a hundred). When the price changes I will get on.



BTW, Aussie horse Starspangledbanner goes around in about 50 mins in a race at York. A good horse which I backed at 15/1 to win last year's Caufield Guineas. Coolmore are training him now. Would love to back him but as the horse comes from Victoria he does not have much chance. Their Away record is woeful. Just look at Figgy and Fork Handles
